We've sourced the finest heirloom varieties of cereal from International seedbanks, niche growers and even Prince Charles' Estate; Spelt, Barley, Oats, Wheat and Rye.
Heritage varities are much lower yielding than modern cereals but grow stronger and taller producing quality straw that can be used for thatching and other purposes. They are also more resilient to climate change and disease and are more nutrient dense.
We grow our cereals by combining the best of modern and traditional equipment and techniques, but sustainability is at the heart of everything we do.
Our sustainable wheat and spelt flour is our first publicly available cereal product. In the coming months we look forward to announcing our next exciting releases!!!!
