We've sourced the finest heirloom varieties of cereal from International seedbanks, niche growers and even Prince Charles' Estate; 


Spelt, Barley, Oats, Wheat and Rye.


Heritage varieties are much lower yielding than modern cereals but grow stronger and taller producing quality straw that can be used for thatching and other purposes. They are also more resilient to climate change and disease and more nutrient rich.

Our sustainable wheat and spelt flour is our first publicly available cereal product. In the coming months we look forward to announcing our next exciting releases!!!!

We sell straw and can also provide complete wheat stems and sheaves for weddings and other events.
